A Trail Arrow stands in Spearman in the triangular city park on the West Kenneth Avenue.
Present-day Hansford County, crisscrossed by highways, was once crossed by bison and Indian paths. The Comanche, Kiowa and Kiowa Apache hunted in the area and traded with Comancheros who drove their carteras along the ancient trails.
