A LETTER FROM QUANAH PARKER TO CHARLES GOODNIGHT

In a January 1911 letter sent from Cache, Oklahoma, Quanah Parker tells Col. Goodnight that he has moved the remains of his mother, Cynthia Ann Parker,  to Cache.

At the end of the letter, Quanah writes:

I am going to bring some old Indians to your place and see your buffalos and make these old Indians glad.

Yours truly,

Quanah Parker
